Account & Subscription
Which account holds my subscription?
Short answer: Your RISR™ subscription is tied to the RISR account you were signed into in the app when you bought it — not to your Apple ID. Your Apple ID is only the payment method.
How it works
When you purchase RISR Pro through the App Store, the subscription unlocks the RISR account that was signed in at the moment of purchase. To use your subscription, sign in to that same RISR account.
- One Apple ID = one RISR subscription. The App Store won't let the same Apple ID hold two of the same subscription, so each Apple ID maps to a single RISR Pro subscription.
- The subscription follows your RISR account, on any device where you sign into that account.
“It says I'm not subscribed, but I paid”
The most common reason: you're signed into a different RISR account than the one you purchased on. Your payment went through on your Apple ID, but RISR unlocks the in-app account that was signed in at purchase.
What to do: Sign out, then sign back in with the RISR account you used when you subscribed. Your Pro features will appear once you're on the purchasing account.
If you're sure you're on the right account and it still shows not subscribed, contact support and we'll check your subscription on our side.
